Sinclairs Retreat Dooars, as the resort is called has been built at an investment of R. 8.5 crore and it is the fifth property of the Sinclairs chain. |

In view of the potential project, the Industrial Development Bank of India has given loans of Rs 4.20 crore and the balace cost is funded by internal accruals and sources. |
